           Deadlines/Shipping:               

1. All songs for release need to be here by the 15th of each month.

2. We ship on the 20th of each month depending if it falls on a Sunday.

3. All required information needs to accompany each of the songs, (Artist Name,

Publishing Info, Affiliation - ASCAP/BMI/SOCAN/APRA, Song length, etc;)

4. Payment in FULL has to be in our account prior to manufacturing unless other

arrangements have been made.

5. Please allow 4 to 10 days for CD's to reach the destinations.  We mail to

All of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, as well as Stations in Africa,

Morocco, Mexico, Malta, Canada & USA. Also included are Various Booking

Agents, Festival Organizers, Trade Publications and the Cable Radio in Europe.

Christmas 2008 Comp CD

In an effort to help with the high Gasoline Prices and rising cost of most everything these days. WHP has decide to lower it's prices for our Christmas CD ONLY. For this year 2005, our price for a release on our 2005 Christmas CD will be $100.00 per song, down from $150.00 normally. If you do 2 or more Christmas songs take another $25.00 off the total price. This means for 2 Christmas songs the total price would be $175.00 or 3 songs would be $275.00 total.
I hope this helps some of you get your Christmas songs out to radio more affordable. Deadline for song submissions is 25 Oct 2007. Christmas CD's will be mailed by the 1st of November 2007.
